Breakfast

In your fridge in the dining room you will find your breakfast in a bento box. If you start breakfast after 7am, we have an egg boiler and a coffee machine.

 

Special dietry concerns - please advise us on arrival.

 

Leaving early - the dining room opens at 6.30am so not to disturb other guests.

 

Dining room

Please eat all hot food and take away in the dining room. Milk is in the black fride without a room number on it and tea and coffee is also found in this area.

 

 

Ground Floor: drying room and games room

Middle Floor: dining room and small lounge

Top Floor: large lounge with fire place

The garden area at the rear is accessed via the outside stairs on the east side of the building. There is seating and a bbq.

Please make yourself at home in these areas. For the comfort of all guests, the common areas close at 9.30pm.

Housekeeping

•Please remember to log out of any streaming services on the TV when you leave.

Your heaters are on a central timer. If they get too warm - turn them down and remember to turn them back on when you go to bed or before you leave in the morning.

Hot food must be consumed in the dining room or in the garden.

The dining room is closed at 9.30pm. When finished please leave everything on the table.

Smoking - there is an butt bin attached to the light pole next to the driveway.

Vaping - outside only, as it will set off the fire alarms.

No cooking of any description in the bedrooms. A microwave, toaster, tea and coffee are available in the dining room.

Reception hours are 7.30am-10am / 4pm-9.30pm please ring the buzzer by the front door or call 0403922907.

Skis and Snow Boards are not allowed in the bedrooms. Store in the drying room.

Take home some of our beautiful Australian-made soap scented with lavender and eucalyptus oils that are locally grown, hand picked and hand distilled here in the Snowy Mountains. All of our soaps are vegan friendly, not tested on animals are septic safe, biodegradable and contain no SLS, silicon, parabens or synthetic fragrances.
